Sea View Hotel Refurbishment
A firm establishment among the choice 4-star hotels in Dubai, The Sea View Hotel decided that a complete overhaul was required of the all guest areas while trying to increase revenue potential while retaining key features including the grand staircase in the hotel’s entrance lobby.
Perplexed with the challenges, the proposal attempts to modernise the interiors through careful re-arrangement of the public spaces for better guest circulation, remodelling of the existing bar into a much more efficient design and carving out a new restaurant from the remaining space to generate more revenue.
